The founder of Stanton D. Levenson, P.A. Law Offices, attorney Stanton D. Levenson has more than five decades of experience assisting the residents of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and the surrounding counties, with their legal issues. He predominantly handles cases involving criminal law, white collar crimes, sex offenses, federal crimes, violent crimes and fraud. He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd, 4th and 10th Circuits, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas.
Mr. Levenson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 1963. He pursued his interest in the legal field at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1966. Passionate about giving back to the community, he has engaged in various volunteering stints at prominent organizations such as the Jewish Community Center (board member), the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (board member), the Riverview School (member of the Board of Trustees) and the United Jewish Federation (member of the Attorney Division).
An active member of the Pennsylvania legal sphere, Mr. Levenson has maintained various leadership positions and memberships at notable legal associations, such as the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (former vice president, CLE chairman and president), the American Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
