Steven M. Barth

With over two decades of experience, Steven M. Barth is a personal injury law attorney at Barth Rovnan LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Having successfully represented numerous clients in matters involving medical malpractice, trucking and commercial vehicle crashes, wrongful death and survival claims, and brain and spine injuries, he has assisted them in rebuilding their lives. Serving clients in Pittsburgh and the Northern and Southwestern counties, he prioritizes communication and customization in his practice.

Graduating from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in history, Mr. Barth went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in 2002. In the same year, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In 2009, he was selected to attend the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming, giving him an opportunity to learn from some of the leading attorneys in the country.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Barth is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He was previously on the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, where he remains an active member. Among the numerous cases he has represented, one notable case was an auto collision that was settled for a $625,000 personal injury and a $100,000 workers' comp cash settlement.

Mr. Barth has received several recognitions, such as inclusion in the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers, on which he was mentioned for three consecutive years, from 2012 to 2014. He was also recognized on the 2015 Personal Injury “10 Best” Attorneys for Pennsylvania list by the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers. In 2011, he was invited to become a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
