Vicki K. Horne serves as managing member of Horne Daller in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, bringing over four decades of steadfast commitment to trial advocacy. Her practice covers the full spectrum of employment law, business litigation and securities disputes. She has secured meaningful relief in cases involving wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, equal pay actions, defamation, harassment and retaliation.
In the securities arena, Ms. Horne represents both investors and financial professionals before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is herself a qualified FINRA arbitrator. Additionally, she advises employers and employees alike, guiding workplace negotiations toward amicable solutions whenever possible.
From the outset of her career, Ms. Horne has earned a reputation for being a tenacious litigator who zealously represents individuals in employment, business and financial disputes. Whether before a jury or on appeal, her record of securing and sustaining favorable verdicts has cemented her standing as both a formidable opponent and a masterful negotiator.
In founding her boutique practice, Ms. Horne embraced a client-centered philosophy: each matter receives individualized attention, strategic foresight and steadfast advocacy. Her early work as a general practitioner endowed her with a broad base of legal experience, which she has since channeled into select areas of concentration. Over the past 25 years, she has refined that proficiency into an efficient, results-driven approach that consistently delivers fair and expedient resolutions.
Beyond her courtroom successes, Ms. Horne has contributed extensively to the legal community. She is a past president and longtime board member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, having held every officer position. Admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts since 1982, she is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd and 11th Circuits and multiple federal district courts, including the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Educationally, Ms. Horne built her legal foundation at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning her law degree in 1982.
