Attorney Gilston is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and services clients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lehigh, Northampton, and Philadelphia counties.

Attorney Gilston graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Gregory served on the executive board of the Family Law Society, and the Student Wellness Association. He was also an active member of the Student Public Interest Network.

Attorney Gilston is a recent graduate of the Montgomery Bar Association’s (2024) Leadership Academy. He also serves as Co-Chair of three different committees at the Montgomery Bar Association: the Solo/Small Firm Practice Committee, the Sidebar Committee, and the Lawyer Referral/Legal Access Committee. Gregory Gilston is an active member of the Family Law Section and Young Lawyer Section of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court.

Prior to entering the legal field, Gregory graduated from the University of Maryland (College Park) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development. He then attended and graduated from Villanova University, where he served as chapter President of Chi Sigma Iota, the honor’s society for mental health counselors. After receiving his master’s degree in counseling, Gregory spent time working as a mental health counselor, facilitator, and consultant at various public service organizations within the city of Philadelphia.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Gregory aspires to establish himself as a premier family law practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania. Gregory understands that individuals who are at a crossroads in their interpersonal relationships often find themselves in a vulnerable position, and therefore he believes that each client must be treated with respect and dignity. Gregory understands the value of establishing a genuine rapport with each client, and therefore works to intimately understand every client’s experience, from start to finish. Gregory hopes to revolutionize the field of family law by facilitating healthy communication amongst family members who find themselves on opposite sides of the legal process.
