She holds her license to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A leader in her legal community, Ms. Casale has served as co-chair of the American Bar Association's Family Law Litigation Committee and its LGBT Law and Litigator Committee as well as for its LGBT+ Forum in 2017 and 2019. She has also served as chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section, its Program Committee and its Committee on the Legal Rights of Gay Men and Lesbians. She has also presented many lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics.
