Joseph B. Mayers

Mr. Mayers is a founding partner of The Mayers Firm, a litigation firm of accomplished trial lawyers. In 35 years of practice, Mr. Mayers has successfully litigated hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, and compulsory, contractual, and private arbitrations to verdict in state court, federal court, and alternative dispute resolution forums. He is proud of the reputation he has earned for solving his clients' most difficult problems. Recently, Mr. Mayers obtained what the Philadelphia Legal Intelligencer called one of the highest verdicts in Montgomery County in the past decade. He has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer-review rating, AV preeminent 5.0, and has been named in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for the last fifteen consecutive years, 2007-2021. Mr. Mayers was recently appointed to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in Montgomery County.
