Daniel E. McCabe

Daniel E. McCabe is an attorney at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Mr. McCabe concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation matters, as well as personal injury and labor law cases. He serves clients in Pottstown, Pennsburg, Reading and West Chester. 

A respected member of his legal community, Mr. McCabe has over 20 years of legal experience and is committed to protecting the rights of his clients to recover their full benefits and fair compensation. Over the course of his years in practice, he has helped many clients obtain compensation after an injury. He is certified in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section.

Raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Mr. McCabe is a summa cum laude graduate of West Chester University, earning a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a minor in political science. He earned his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He is licensed to practice law before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts.

Prior to joining Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., Mr. McCabe served as a clerk in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. He also practiced at a private West Chester firm with a practice focused on collection and corporate law and spent time as a solo practitioner.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. McCabe stays involved in his legal community through membership in various professional organizations. He belongs to the Chester County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section, the Chester County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division and the Delaware County Bar Association.
