Robert P. Frantz

Robert P. Frantz is a workers’ compensation attorney and the managing partner of Pfeiffer Brown DiNicola & Frantz in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Mr. Frantz represents clients in Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability matters. 

Mr. Frantz has been practicing law for over 25 years and has always focused his practice on workers’ compensation law. Over the course of his career, he has helped numerous injured workers collect the benefits they deserve. He has experience at all levels of the legal process, from the preliminary phases through the appeals process. He is dedicated to protecting and fighting for the rights of injured workers and their right to fair compensation. 

Born and raised in Schuylkill County, Mr. Frantz graduated from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, with majors in political science and history. He went on to earn his law degree from Widener University School of Law, now known as Widener University Commonwealth Law School. During law school, he worked for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and developed his passion for workers’ compensation law. 

Following law school, Mr. Frantz practiced workers’ compensation law in Harrisburg with a former workers’ compensation judge and director of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. He later returned to Schuylkill County and founded Pfeiffer Brown DiNicola & Frantz. 

Mr. Frantz holds licenses to practice law before all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is certified in workers’ compensation law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
