Jill K. McComsey

Jill Kelly McComsey is a personal injury attorney in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. As the owner of McComsey Law, LLC, Ms. McComsey represents the injured and their families in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, nursing home malpractice, pedestrian accidents, product liability, slip and falls, trucking accidents, warehouse accidents and wrongful death. She represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

For more than a decade, Ms. McComsey has provided committed, compassionate representation to her clients. She has substantial litigation experience and guides her clients through the complexities of the legal process with the goal of obtaining full and fair compensation either through a settlement or at a trial. She understands the traumatic impact of an accident or loss of a family member due to negligence, and she works hard to bring her clients justice.

In honor of her success in the field of personal injury law, Ms. McComsey has received honors and awards from organizations, including the Lehigh Valley Business Group and the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network. She also assists North Penn Legal Services, a local nonprofit organization, with an annual fundraiser. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of the Sciences, Ms. McComsey earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She holds licenses to practice law before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
