  • I served for 15 years as an elected Township Supervisor in East Whiteland Township, having been elected in 1999, 2005 and 2011. The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the Township.  East Whiteland Township is a Township in Chester County with approximately 10,000 residents. It is the home of the Great Valley Corporate Center and the headquarters of several prominent national and international businesses.

  • Karakelian v. LaVine, No. 3470 EDA 2015 (Pa. Super. Sept. 28, 2016) -- successfully represented the Appellee in an appeal of a child support order., 2016
  • Commonwealth v. T.J.W., Jr., No. 1351 EDA 2014 (April 24, 2015) - successfully represented the Appellee in a criminal case in a dispute involving the discovery of mental health records., 2015

  • Southeastern Pa. Transportation Authority.  I represented SEPTA in an appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in a case involving random drug testing.

  • I was nominated by Governor Edward G. Rendell to be a judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas to fill the unexpired term of The Honorable Paula Francisco Ott. The nomination was one of five nominations withdrawn by the Governor on June 15, 2010 as part of an agreement with the Pennsylvania legislature to impose a statewide moratorium on judicial appointments for budgetary reasons., 2010
