Jason J. Mattioli

Jason J. Mattioli is a trial attorney and the owner of The Mattioli Law Firm located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including slip-and-fall accidents, motorcycle accidents, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, dog bites, construction accidents and product liability. 

Additionally, Mr. Mattioli represents clients with criminal defense matters, including DUI/DWI, assaults, violent offenses, drug defense, vandalism, weapons offenses, white collar crimes, fraud and theft. Throughout his legal career, he has worked on numerous high-profile criminal law cases.

Providing sound and knowledgeable counsel to his clients, Mr. Mattioli serves as a zealous and tireless advocate for their rights. He protects and defends the rights of those who have been injured through no fault of their own and through the ignorant and careless actions of another person, and those who have been accused of wrongdoing. 

Mr. Mattioli attended King’s College and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. He went on to pursue his law degree at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2001. In 2002, he was authorized to practice law.

Actively affiliated with prominent legal associations, Mr. Mattioli has memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association and The National Trial Lawyers.
