A cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, Ms. Munley obtained her Juris Doctor from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in 1986. She holds her license to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York. Moreover, she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of New York as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Ms. Munley also completed her studies abroad at the London School of Economics and Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and she is a current member of the International Society of Barristers. She is also a graduate of the intense Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, and she received an honorary doctorate degree from Marywood University in 2014.

Among her many professional affiliations, Ms. Munley is a Senior Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America and member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She is also highly active and has held leadership roles with the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.

Over the course of her career, she has written extensively, and conducted numerous lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics. She also gives back to her local community through her involvement with various civic and charitable organizations.

Once given the medication, Mr. Struzzeri, who was recovering from minor surgery, had suffered a dramatic drop in blood pressure, causing emergency medical measures to be taken.
