Attorney Mark T. Perry is the founder of The Perry Law Firm in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Mr. Perry devotes his practice to plaintiffs’ personal injury law and serves clients in the Newburgh, New York, metropolitan area as well as throughout Delaware and Sullivan counties in New York.

Over the course of his more than 30 years in practice, Mr. Perry has handled numerous complex personal injury matters on behalf of injured plaintiffs. He has litigated cases on state and federal levels in Pennsylvania and New York. Before founding The Perry Law Firm in 1998, he practiced with a private law firm in Buffalo, New York.

Recognized for his achievements in the legal field, Mr. Perry holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available by the organization. He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and received an exemplary service award from the Lackawanna Bar Association in 2010.

Giving back to his community, Mr. Perry serves as vice chairman of the board for the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education and previously served on the board of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the medical education development consortium of Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
