A 1972 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Lisko attended Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as editor of the Capital University Law Review. He obtained his law degree in 1978, and both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year.
