Attorney Roy K. Lisko is the founder and owner of The Law Offices of Roy K. Lisko in State College, Pennsylvania. Serving clients throughout Centre County and the surrounding area of central Pennsylvania, Mr. Lisko strives to provide the highest level of advocacy and support possible to those facing serious and complex legal challenges involving any of the following:

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Lisko served as a State College police officer. After obtaining his legal credentials, he then served as an assistant district attorney as well as an assistant attorney general. Through these roles, he gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system, which enables him to devise the most effective defense strategies possible for the accused. He has helped hundreds of clients fight charges in both state and federal courts across the region.
Likewise, Mr. Lisko has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of innocent accident victims and their families. He helps clients secure maximum damages for injuries and losses suffered as the result of someone else's negligent, careless or unlawful actions.
Recognized for his success, Mr. Lisko has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career. In addition, Philadelphia magazine has voted him among the Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania each year since 2014.
A 1972 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Lisko attended Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as editor of the Capital University Law Review. He obtained his law degree in 1978, and both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year.
A consummate professional, Mr. Lisko is a member of several local, state and national bar associations, and he writes extensively on a variety of topics related to effective trial advocacy, jury-related issues, criminal defense and more.
