David R. Dearden

A seasoned legal professional with nearly 45 years of experience, David R. Mr. Dearden completed his undergraduate studies in 1977, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College. He later enrolled at the Western New England College School of Law, where he honed his legal talents and bolstered his foundation with the foresight of helping people in the future. He received his Juris Doctor in 1981, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Dearden is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
