Brian concentrates his practice on the areas of land use, zoning, real estate, and general litigation, including appellate practice and tax assessment appeals. Brian has extensive knowledge and experience in managing matters at the municipal and state government levels, also having previously represented various municipalities as a solicitor. His experience also includes planned community and condominium work, including formation and litigation. Brian is a former President of the Chester County Bar Foundation and is an active member of the Chester County Bar Association, serving as Chair of the Judicial Evaluation and Public Outreach Committees. Brian is also the current President of the Board of Directors of Handi-Crafters, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation that serves individuals with disabilities. Brian has served as a lecturer or panelist at Widener University School of Law, the Polley Associates real estate school, West Chester East High School Career Day and the Chester County Stively Inn of Courts.
