Brian M. Vinsko

Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, attorney Brian M. Vinsko serves clients at the Wilkes-Barre-based law firm Vinsko & Associates, P.C., in Pennsylvania. Practicing law since 2005, he provides legal assistance on cases related to family law, employment law, business and corporate law, and real estate law, in areas surrounding the Lehigh Valley, in Pennsylvania. 

Graduating from King’s College in 1999, Mr. Vinsko secured a bachelor’s degree in history. In 2003, he completed his doctorate in jurisprudence from the South Texas College of Law Houston. During his clerkship with one of the top-rated litigators in the Southern U.S., he acquired inspiration and skills to take up the profession. He engaged closely with cases and understood the positive difference he can make in the lives of helpless people who lack legal guidance.

Mr. Vinsko handles cases from across the diverse spectrum of law, including divorces and complex child custody issues to unemployment compensations and other litigation matters. A prominent member of the legal community, he has affiliations with many associations such as the Luzerne County Bar Association’s Wilkes Barre Law and Library Association, the American Bar Association and the King’s College. 

Extending his passion to better serve his community, Mr. Vinsko volunteers for pro bono activities. He has dedicated a considerable amount of his time to his alma mater, where he has also served as a prior Capital Campaign committee chair, along with several other positions of responsibility. For his sincere contributions and excellence in the field of law, Lawyers of Distinction honored him with inclusion to its list of Top 10 Family Law Lawyers 2019-2020.
