Robert D. Schaub

A partner at Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald, LLP, Robert D. Schaub provides focused legal services to clients throughout the state of Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on malpractice and personal injury defense, as well as business, commercial and construction litigation, working to effectuate prompt and favorable results to their legal problems.

Before receiving a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1984, Mr. Schaub attended Le Moyne College. He graduated magna cum laude from there in 1981, earning a Bachelor of Arts.

Having more than three decades of legal experience, Mr. Schaub has successfully handled a range of complex matters on his clients’ behalf. Offering his clients personalized counsel and aggressive advocacy, he strives to protect the rights and best interests of those he represents. Mr. Schaub guides his clients step by step through the legal process, explaining their rights and helping them understand their options. Drawing on his vast trial experience and negotiation skills, he helps people obtain the best possible outcomes to their cases. Mr. Schaub makes community involvement a priority. He is currently serving as a board member and vice president for Luzerne County Head Start, Inc.; a board member for the Huntsville Golf Club; and a board member and vice president for Leadership Wilkes-Barre. Mr. Schaub is a member of the bench-bar committee and the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, as well as the House of Delegates, the speakers panel for malpractice avoidance and the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee for the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
