Later on, Mr. Rymsza gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd and 9th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Throughout his illustrious career, he has garnered notable “not guilty” verdicts in cases pertaining to first-degree murder, not registering under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, and attempted homicide, among many others.
