Brook M. Hastings

Ms. Hastings is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of experience. An adept representative for her clients, she takes care to keep them informed at every step. Understanding that issues such as estate planning, probate and elder law may be confusing and, at times, overwhelming, she takes her time to communicate all options to her clients so that they are aware of each decision they make and its significance.

A 2002 Bachelor of Arts graduate in English and political science from Temple University, Ms. Hastings was part of the university’s Women’s Soccer Team. She attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2005. Additionally, she returned to her alma mater and obtained her estate planning certificate in 2007.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Hastings is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She stays active in her legal community with memberships in the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. A champion advocate for community engagement, she takes on pro bono cases for organizations such as Wills for Heroes and the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Program.
