Cory J. Dillinger

Cory J. Dillinger is a tour de force within his legal community, using his shrewd legal acumen and talents to help his clients overcome their legal challenges so that they can focus on the things that matter to them. At the MPL Law Firm, LLP, in York, Pennsylvania, he focuses his practice on two key legal areas:

• Business and commercial law: Commercial transactions, commercial contracts, business formation and entity choice, and business planning
• Real estate and municipal law: Commercial real estate, foreclosure and tax sales, environment and natural resources law

Mr. Dillinger completed his undergraduate studies in 2016, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where his legal prowess came into the fore through his active work in the Family Law Clinic as a certified legal intern. He received his Juris Doctor in 2020, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania as well as admission to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. 

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Dillinger works relentlessly on his clients’ behalf, striving to take on their legal burdens so that they don’t have to. In recent times, he has helped solar energy developers throughout Pennsylvania in the initial planning phases, navigating municipal ordinances and zoning approvals, as well as building permits, stormwater management and land-development approval, among many others. Outside his law practice, he maintains close affiliations with prominent legal organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association.
