Bernard P. Healy

Attorney Bernard P. Healy is the founder of the Law Office of Bernard P. Healy, a solo practice law firm, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. With more than 35 years of experience, he concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and workplace injuries, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, employment and labor law, insurance defense and wrongful death throughout Rhode Island.

During his time in college and law school, attorney Healy was an ironworker and was employed in jewelry factories. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk Law School. Prior to forming his solo practice, he worked as a partner for a large insurance defense firm, gaining an insight into all aspects of the insurance industry.

In addition to his client-first mindset, Mr. Healy has a long history of serving construction workers; longshore and ship workers; nurses, aides and health care workers; undocumented workers; warehouse, factory and industrial workers; and those who needed support with psychological injury claims and employment contracts.
