A 1995 cum laude graduate of Boston College, Mr. Mancini attended Boston University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1998. Along with practicing before all Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Mancini has served as lead counsel on some of the largest and most complex real estate developments in the region, dealing with a wide range of matters, including financing efforts, environmental issues, title disputes, partnership agreements and more. In addition, he has served several appointments as a receiver or special master for cases involving corporate restructuring of real estate development companies and other entities.
Voted by Rhode Island Monthly magazine as one of the state's top business litigation and real estate attorneys for the past several years, Mr. Mancini is widely regarded as a leader in his field, and he writes extensively and conducts lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics.
A consummate professional, he is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, and he served a six-year term on the Cranston City Council, where he was chair or vice chair for several of the council's committees.
