Mark H. Grimm

Serving as senior trial counsel with the Marasco & Nesselbush law firm in Providence, Rhode Island, attorney Mark H. Grimm devotes his practice to helping those throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts who suffered an injury or loss as the result of someone else's negligence obtain the full amount of compensation they deserve.

Focusing on all types of personal injury and medical malpractice claims, Mr. Grimm has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of innocent accident victims and their families, and he finds great reward in being able to make a positive difference in the lives of so many during their most dire times of need. Over the course of his more than 25-year legal career, Mr. Grimm has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his plaintiff clients, earning his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

An honors graduate of Brown University, Mr. Grimm began his legal career in 1984 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and his license to practice from the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in Massachusetts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.

A recognized leader in his field, Mr. Grimm has written extensively and conducted lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics, and he authored the “Creating a Discovery Plan” chapter in the reference text A Practical Guide to Discovery and Depositions in Rhode Island. He has also served on the adjunct legal faculty at Roger Williams University School of Law.
