Details
As founder of the Law Office of Paul S. Cantor, Mr. Cantor is dedicated to guiding victims of personal injury through the legal process and into a brighter future. He takes cases throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts that include matters such as the following: motor vehicle accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorists, defective products, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and slip and falls.
The path to resolution looks different for everyone. Mr. Cantor is experienced in arbitration, mediation and civil litigation. As such, he is able to fluently move through each aspect of a case while keeping his clients’ best interests in mind. For many people, resolving the issue outside the courtroom is optimal, as it is often more efficient. However, Mr. Cantor recognizes the serious effects of a personal injury and strives to hold negligent parties accountable for every penny. Therefore, he goes to trial in matters in which doing so is the best way to compensate his clients.
A member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Cantor has access to a large network of tools and professionals. This enables him to connect with resources that strengthen a client’s case. He is able to recreate the scene of an accident, bring in experts to testify and quantify the ways in which a client has suffered harm.
Licensed to practice for nearly four decades, Mr. Cantor received a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor in 1980 from Boston University School of Law. He also holds a Master of Laws from Boston University School of Law.
Mr. Cantor has earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.
