Brianna Repetto

Brianna Repetto is the founder of Repetto Law, LLC, located in Warwick, Rhode Island, where she handles cases related to criminal defense, DUI, family law and personal injury. Her legal practice extends throughout the Warwick area. From an early age, Ms. Repetto was determined to pursue a career in law, a decision she made at the age of 16 and steadfastly adhered to.

Ms. Repetto's journey into the legal field began in her hometown of Hebron, Connecticut, where she had the opportunity to take a pre-law class in high school. She then advanced her education at Merrimack College, earning a B.A. in English and pre-law, graduating with magna cum laude honors. She further honed her legal skills by obtaining a law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.

During her time in law school, Ms. Repetto gained a broad range of legal experiences. She worked for three private law firms, where she focused on criminal and family law. Additionally, she represented criminal defendants through externships with both, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Her participation in moot court competitions and an internship at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts provided her with extensive exposure to family law, education law, and juvenile justice. Following law school, she passed the bar exam and spent a few years as an associate attorney, actively engaging in daily court appearances before founding her own firm.

Ms. Repetto is also a published co-author, having contributed to the book "A Practical Guide to Trying DUI Cases in Rhode Island." Her contributions to chapters 2 and 7 draw from her considerable knowledge in handling DUI cases, although she is not certified as an expert. This publication showcases her practical understanding of the complexities involved in DUI litigation.
