Anthony L. Harbin

Located in Anderson, South Carolina, Anthony L. Harbin is a co-founder of Harbin & Burnett. In 1988, Mr. Harbin graduated cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He obtained his legal education from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and was a legal writing instructor before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1991. Admitted to practice before all South Carolina state courts, Mr. Harbin is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of several legal organizations, including the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and the American Association for Justice.
