Floyd S. Mills, III

A passionate personal injury attorney who is also a partner at the Trammell and Mills Law Firm, LLC, Floyd S. Mills III, has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of victims who have been harmed by the actions or negligence of others. He devotes a major part of his cases to representing clients against large corporations and insurance companies who withhold rightful compensation from helpless victims. Concentrating his practice in Anderson and Greenville, South Carolina, he attends to cases and matters involving:

In his initial years at the firm, he handled the management of the personal injury division, primarily focusing his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

Attending Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, Mr. Mills obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing in 2000. He received his law degree from the Mercer University School of Law in 2005. He has served as a law clerk for private law firms and at the South Carolina Association for Justice.

From his personal experience, Mr. Mills knows the foul plays that insurance companies practice in denying their clients money. He understands the detrimental impact that negligence can have on a common person.
