Tabor Vaux

Tabor Vaux is a trial attorney with Vaux Marscher Berglind, PA, located in Bluffton, South Carolina. He focuses exclusively on representing individuals in serious injury and wrongful death matters. Mr. Vaux graduated from Hilton Head High School before attending The Citadel, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with distinction. During his senior year, he received the prestigious Mark W. Clark Award for his contributions to the school’s Honor System. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2008.

After law school, Mr. Vaux began his career as an assistant solicitor, prosecuting cases in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton and Allendale counties. This experience provided him with extensive trial knowledge and a strong foundation for his later work advocating for injury victims.

Today, Mr. Vaux devotes his practice entirely to litigation. He represents clients in automobile and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, alcohol-related injuries, dram shop claims and general negligence. He is recognized for his dedication to achieving justice for individuals and families whose lives have been altered by the negligence of others.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Vaux has served his community through public office. He was elected as the District 9 representative on Beaufort County Council, where he worked on behalf of residents in Bluffton, Pritchardville, Palmetto Bluff and Daufuskie Island.
