Hailing from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Mr. Brady embarked on his academic journey at Clemson University, where he graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in Spanish. His pursuit of legal knowledge then led him to Wake Forest Law, a distinguished institution ranked among the nation's top 25.

During his time in law school, Mr. Brady's academic excellence was recognized as he received the esteemed Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award three times for achieving the highest grade in his class. He also contributed to the Wake Forest Law Review and was a key member of the moot court team, advancing to the national finals in the ABA National Moot Court competition. In 2021, he graduated cum laude from Wake Forest Law.

Returning to his roots in South Carolina after graduation, Mr. Brady initially honed his legal acumen at a prominent defense firm, representing Fortune 500 insurance companies and local businesses. This experience enriched his understanding, which he now applies in advocating for those who have suffered injuries. 

Since joining the South Carolina Bar in 2021, Mr. Brady’s peers have acknowledged his talents, naming him in Columbia Business Monthly's Legal Elite for 2023 and 2024 and listing him in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for the same years. He is also a part of the Shandon Baptist Church community in Columbia, South Carolina, where he frequently dedicates his time and energy to uplifting those around him.
