Benjamin C. Smoot, II

Benjamin C. Smoot II is a partner at the law firm of Pierce Sloan Kennedy & Early LLC, which has its offices in Charleston, South Carolina. With more than eight years of experience in the legal field, he concentrates his practice on tort litigation, including personal injuries, slip-and-falls and premises liability. He also takes on business litigation and contract litigation matters. 

With a genuine concern for his clients, Mr. Smoot understands the negative effects of being injured through the negligence of another party. He serves as a fierce and tireless advocate for the rights and liberties of his clients with an unwavering commitment to their needs. Graduating from the University of Virginia, Mr. Smoot obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and government. While in law school, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Robert M.D. Turk at the 27th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
