G. Trenholm Walker

Trenholm Walker is a versatile litigation attorney with extensive trial and appellate experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His litigation practice covers business disputes, land use and zoning, broker-dealer securities cases, condemnation, insurance, contested permit proceedings, property tax appeals, construction, municipal law, products liability, homeowners’ associations, and an array of other matters. He serves as an arbitrator and mediator, recognized for these skills in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a fellow in Litigation Counsel of America. He obtained his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Virginia (1974) and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina (1978).
