Gedney M. Howe, III

Attorney Gedney M. Howe III focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation as well as criminal defense litigation. He began practicing with his father, Gedney M. Howe Jr. in 1973 and continues with his partners at his Charleston-based firm, Gedney M. Howe, III, P.A. Mr. Howe represented the South Carolina State Senate in reapportionment litigation and has participated in numerous significant trials, including Hurd v. U.S. (4th Cir. 2002), in which Mr. Howe represented the plaintiffs and won a $19 million judgment.
