Attorney Jennifer Williams serves a diverse range of clients throughout the greater Charleston metro area and all across South Carolina's Lowcountry as a shareholder at Saxton & Stump. Jennifer strives to provide exceptional advocacy, counsel and support to those who need experienced legal advice in the following practice areas:

Throughout her career spanning over 13 years, Jennifer has earned a reputation as a trusted, responsive, and experienced legal advocate who ensures each client gets the personal attention a client should expect from their counsel. She has assisted numerous clients with a variety of legal matters including complex real estate transactions, the development and planning of for-profit and nonprofit entities, estate plans and probate matters, and general counsel and contract negotiation for businesses operating in South Carolina. In all cases, she maintains a client-driven focus and personally handles every client matter.
A native of Kentucky, Jennifer moved to South Carolina to attend the College of Charleston, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in French in 2005. After working as a paralegal for the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office, she decided to become a lawyer and attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2009. Prior to opening her own practice, Jennifer worked in a large transactional firm in Charlotte, in a small civil law firm in Columbia, and then served the public as an Assistant Attorney General before circling back to where she began, this time as an Assistant Solicitor for the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
Active in her legal community, Jennifer is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association and the Real Estate Law Section and Children's Law Committee for the South Carolina Bar Association. She is also a title insurance agent with the Investors Title Insurance Agency, Inc., and the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and she is a member of the American Land Title Association.
Committed to her local community as well, Jennifer serves as board member and volunteer for Carolina Coonhound Rescue, and she proudly supports The Boon Project and Camp Rise Above. She has several speaking engagements to her credit, having contributed to a number of continuing education lectures and seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics.
