Within a relatively short period of time, John Guerry has rose to prominence within his legal community for his efficacious legal practice, emphasizing an unrelenting work ethic, a stoic approach to handling his clients’ cases and providing tailored strategies that help benefit their individual needs. At the Theos Law Firm, LLC, in Charleston, South Carolina, he handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury law such as defective products, construction defects, premises liability and wrongful death, as well as criminal defense in both the state and federal levels.
Mr. Guerry completed his undergraduate studies in 2009, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from the University of South Carolina, where he also played football for the South Carolina Gamecocks team for four years. He went on to attend the Charleston School of Law, where his academic and legal prowess were evident through his being the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in constitutional law. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2013, he obtained his license to practice law across all South Carolina state courts.
A stalwart champion for his clients, Mr. Guerry strives to take all their legal burdens on his shoulders so they can take care of themselves and their loved ones during their arduous journey to recovery. He fights tooth and nail in and out of the courtroom, giving his clients enormous support as well as the confidence that their legal matters will be handled judiciously and with grace and poise.
