John I. Henderson

Focusing on diverse fields of practice, John I. Henderson is a shareholder of the Charleston, South Carolina-based law firm, Henderson & Henderson, LLC. Licensed as a legal practitioner in South Carolina since 2011, he represents the residents of the state in cases involving corporate law, probate, personal injury and family law.

Mr. Henderson’s clientele mostly includes big and small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups. Adept in a number of practice areas, he has succeeded in resolving varied issues of his clients throughout nearly 12 years of practice. He is also approached by individuals, professionals and businesses for legal counsel on related topics.

Procuring a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from Wofford College in 2002, Mr. Henderson graduated with his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. He engaged in volunteering activities in Kenya and later ventured back to his country to serve at the Columbia Chamber of Commerce. He has received a “Good” rating on Avvo and is emotionally sensible and compassionate in handling each case with the sensitivity that it requires.

Prior to joining Henderson & Henderson, LLC, Mr. Henderson worked for a private firm where he earned over $25 million on behalf of his clients. He stands by his clients throughout the litigation process right from the drafting of the appeal. He takes care of all the documentation and legal paperwork concerning business transactions, acquirement or partnership; wills and trusts; and divorce and separation. He is an ardent support to his clients both in the courtroom and during negotiations outside of it.
