Michael C. Sahn

Michael C. Sahn is a top-rated criminal defense attorney and the owner of Sahn Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina. Soon after, he was appointed as a lead prosecutor of DUI cases in Charleston County, where he managed thousands of DUI offenses ranging from first-offense DUI to felony DUI involving wrongful death.

Armed with the experience and knowledge of South Carolina criminal laws, Mr. Sahn has achieved numerous successful verdicts and results at the state and federal levels in cases involving homicide, armed robbery, sexual assault, drug charges, domestic violence, battery and other traffic violations in addition to DUI.

Hailing from Charleston, Mr. Sahn – after graduating the top of his class at Porter-Gaud School in 1998 – gained his Bachelor of Science in finance in 2002 from the University of Virginia where he was distinguished as a National Merit Scholar. Seven years later, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law cum laude and moved on to be welcomed into the Order of the Wig and Robe, which acknowledges law school graduates with exemplary academic records.
