Ryan Andrews

Ryan Andrews is the founder of the Law Office of Ryan C. Andrews LLC in Charleston, South Carolina, with a diverse background in litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. Mr. Andrews earned his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from the University of South Carolina before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2013. During law school, he distinguished himself through academic achievement and leadership, holding senior roles in multiple student organizations and earning several CALI Awards recognizing excellence across core legal subjects. His commitment to scholarship and service was further acknowledged with a prestigious award honoring both academic performance and civic engagement.

Following graduation, Mr. Andrews gained substantial trial experience at a large personal injury firm, where he worked on complex cases and developed strong litigation skills. He later joined a midsized law firm with a broad practice base, ultimately becoming a partner and leading its Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Department. In that role, he handled a wide range of matters and guided case strategy from initial investigation through resolution.

In addition to his private practice experience, Mr. Andrews has served as a public defender for several municipalities, representing individuals in criminal proceedings and advocating for fair treatment within the justice system. His dedication to legal education led him to serve as an Adjunct Professor at Charleston School of Law, where he shared practical insights with future attorneys.
