Sean M. Wilson

The owner of the Law Office of Sean M. Wilson, LLC, Sean M. Wilson has been practicing law since 2013, concentrating primarily on personal injury. With his offices located in Charleston and Columbia, in South Carolina, he helps his clients on legal matters related to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death and workers’ compensation, along with business litigation and civil litigation. 

Licensed to practice before the state and federal courts in South Carolina, Mr. Wilson has won his clients jury verdicts worth millions of dollars. His compassion for his clients stems from his passion to help hapless clients who fall victims to harm due to the negligence or carelessness of others. 

Mr. Wilson attended the College of Charleston from 2004-2008 and received his bachelor’s degree in political science and government. In 2011, he graduated from the Charleston School of Law with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. During law school, he was an active participant in the activities of the Black Law Students Association and a member of the Federal Bar Association’s Student Division. In addition, he was honored with the law school’s award for public service.

Working as an associate attorney during the initial phase of his career, Mr. Wilson gathered experience in determining evidence, drafting pleadings and motions, devising ways to collect information, and preparing for trial. During this tenure, he gained confidence arguing motions in state courts and engaging in negotiations with opposing counsels. He has also clerked at many renowned personal injury firms in the state. 

A native of Columbia, Mr. Wilson moved to Charleston and established his law firm here to serve the people of South Carolina. Handling numerous catastrophic injury matters, he continues to make tremendous efforts to get the people who depend on him for legal aid the result they deserve. Furthermore, he imparts the knowledge gained from his experience to the law students at Charleston School of Law, as an adjunct professor.
