Thomas J. Wills IV has been a member of Wills Massalon & Allen LLC since 1984. In addition to being a forceful courtroom advocate, Mr. Wills has been certified in both mediation and arbitration, and he often puts that training to use in helping some of his clients reach an accord through those methods of alternative dispute resolution. Admitted to practice before all South Carolina state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

The types of cases that Mr. Wills has worked on during his career have included bad faith and other insurance coverage issues, professional malpractice, partnership and shareholder disputes, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation, among others. A 1974 graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Wills received his Juris Doctor in 1979 from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
