A highly regarded civil litigator, William E. His civil litigation experience extends to shareholder derivative lawsuits in cases involving breach of fiduciary duty and similar matters, and he has handled consumer fraud class actions. Mr. Applegate received a Bachelor of Arts from College of Charleston in 1997, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor by the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002. After graduation, Mr. Applegate clerked for a judge on South Carolina's 5th Judicial Circuit before entering private practice. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
