Attorney Dayne Phillips has dedicated his life to defending those who are wrongfully accused or who have made a mistake and need help. He is also a highly rated, aggressive criminal defense lawyer who is not afraid to challenge the government at trial or on appeal. Although his office is located in Columbia, SC, he defends the rights and liberties of clients who are accused of any felony or misdemeanor offense throughout Richland County, Lexington County, and all of South Carolina.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Phillips has gained significant success advocating on behalf of the accused at trial and the convicted on appeal. He has secured dismissals for charges of murder, attempted murder, and drug trafficking. He has also obtained numerous not guilty verdicts for his clients, and he has defended the rights of licensed professionals facing disciplinary complaints. He also has successfully argued before both the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
