A 1984 cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Griffin attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the school's law review and Student Honor Council. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987 and graduated Order of the Coif and Order of Wig and Robe, and he holds admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.
