My practice consists primarily of environmental counseling and litigation, ESG, emergency response/mass tort, environmental enforcement defense and permit appeals in administrative, state and federal courts, emphasizing work with experts and technical witnesses, response actions, remediation oversight, consent decree negotiation, and dispute resolution (certified civil mediator). I also handle OSHA enforcement and compliance, anti-trust, zoning/land use, due diligence and constitutional issues. My team represents businesses, manufacturers, developers and trade associations, often participating in developing comments on new laws and regulations.
