Kelly M. Jolley is the managing attorney of Jolley Law Group, LLC, in Columbia, South Carolina. Ms. Jolley represents clients in the business and health care industries throughout South Carolina. She has experience resolving and litigating matters involving health information technology, health care regulatory law, HIPAA compliance, TAC audits, reimbursement audits and strategic planning.

Ms. Jolley received her South Carolina law license in 2004 and has more than a decade of experience. She is eligible to practice in all South Carolina state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Jolley is the author of numerous articles on business and health care law topics. She is an active member of her local legal community and serves as president of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Health Information and Technology Practice Group and is fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Educating others on business and health care issues, Ms. Jolley regularly lectures for community organizations and businesses. Topics she speaks on include the Affordable Care Act, abuse, business liability compliance and fraud. Ms. Jolley earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of South Carolina and graduated cum laude. She obtained her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and was active in various activities and the recipient of several academic awards.
