Kenneth M. Suggs

Attorney Kenneth M. Suggs is the litigation principal with Janet, Janet & Suggs, LLC, law firm and leads the firm's personal injury division. Working primarily from the firm's law office in Columbia, South Carolina, Mr. Suggs provides unmatched advocacy and support to clients throughout the state who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones due to the negligent, careless or unlawful actions of others.

A 1968 graduate of Clemson University, Mr. Suggs obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1975. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States, and he served active tours of duty with the U.S. Navy, where he received several medals and commendations for his service.
