An active member of her community, she was a member of the board of directors for the Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce and The Cooperative Ministry, and a closing attorney for Habitat for Humanity. Ms. Hostetler also volunteered for South Carolina Law Answers and was the president of Sherwood Forest, South Carolina.
