He went on to pursue his legal studies at the University of South Carolina School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2001.
Post law school, Mr. Moses served as a law clerk for, The Honorable Thomas W. Cooper, Jr., circuit court judge at the 3rd Judicial Circuit. He then served as state prosecutor for Solicitor Donald V. Myers of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Lexington County, SC. Mr. Moses is in private practice and is the owner of The Law Offices of Marion M. Moses, LLC. He has been practicing law for over 22 years. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
