With a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in political science, Mr. Sharpe earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Sharpe had immense experience clerking for some of the top attorneys in South Carolina. 

After law school, Mr. Sharpe served as a prosecutor and defender in many public offices. He served at the Richland County Public Defender’s office, handling over 700 general sessions cases. After which, he served as a prosecutor for DUI cases. However, Mr. Sharpe’s desire was to aid and assist people who are in need, and so, he started his own law firm.

Mr. Sharpe is licensed to practice in the state of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
