Mr. Richardson has also handled complex securities litigation in both individual lawsuits and class actions, and his successes in the courtroom and at the negotiating table throughout his distinguished career has earned him the respect of his colleagues. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and he has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a “Superb” peer review rating through Avvo.
